Since the subconscious is 88% of our entire mind it is where we spend most of our day. Those times when we are not consciously doing something and we are on autopilot we are doing things subconsciously.
Losing track of time when taking a walk, driving to a destination without thinking about it and experiencing negative self-talk are all forms of being in our subconscious and are variations of hypnosis.
As a hypnotist I use ‘positive guided imagery’ to assist my client in visualizing what they want in their mind. This creates a ‘subconscious destination’ which aligns one’s conscious desire with one’s subconscious motivation bringing about desired change.
